This morning we were in sunny Essex, at the lovely Prince Regent Hotel in Chigwell, to photograph a Jewish Care event – Sports Breakfast with Sam Allardyce. The Sports Breakfast is an annual event, raising essential funds for the work Jewish Care undertakes, which last year featured Barry Fry in conversation with renowned sports broadcaster Matt Lorenzo. This year was ‘Big Sam’s’ turn, and as the current manager of West Ham United, he’s a massive name and personality in the world of football.

Sam spoke very candidly about his role in club management, West Ham United’s move to the Olympic Stadium, and the role of England manager, to the delight and interest of everyone present. As is his style of football, he was very direct and thoroughly honest. A big well done to all those involved in organising this event. Here are a few of our favourite shots…
