This week it was my pleasure to work with Jewish Care, photographing their annual event the Jewish Care Pro Am, which was held at the gorgeous Dyrham Park Country Club in Barnet. It’s an event that we look forward to photographing each year. This year saw beautiful weather, lots of golf, a fresh buffet lunch and a load of trophies… what more could you want?!
I was excited to be offered a drive around the course in a golf buggy, in order to follow teams and capture shots of them teeing off. After the particularly bumpy ride (thank you Clare Bogard) it was on to photographing the buffet lunch followed by speeches from Jeremy Curtis and Stephen Bracey of main sponsors Lockton; then the giving and receiving of trophies. A big well done to all teams who received a trophy!
It’s always a great pleasure to work with Jewish Care, which we do regularly at Blake Ezra Photography. They are a wonderful organisation who offers help and services to those in need within the Jewish community. They care for about 7,000 clients each week, and incredibly have over 2800 volunteers.
The photography brief included capture the fun and relaxed feel of the day, photograph each speaker, photograph each winning team with their professional player, photograph the sponsors and also the special guests from Jewish Care’s Rela Goldhill Lodge. Here are a few of our favourite shots…
