New Report: APPGAA Event at Parliament
ByOn Tuesday we were privileged to photograph another event at Speaker’s House in the Houses of Parliament. This was the landmark launch of the Report of the All Party Parliamentary Inquiry Into Electoral Conduct focusing on discrimination and anti-semitism. A very well done must go to everyone involved in making this report a reality, especially to Danny Stone, Director of the PCAA Foundation. The event was well attended by many MPs who supported the report, and there was a real feeling of achievement in the room, a feeling that progress is being made on perennially tricky issues.
The Speaker’s State Rooms are lovely spaces in which to photograph, dark in certain areas but with other parts of the rooms bathed in light from the large windows across one wall, overlooking the River Thames.
Our images were all retouched and delivered to the PCAA the following day. We received this wonderful testimonial from Danny Stone, Director of the PCAA Foundation and Secretary to the All-Party Parliamentary Group Against Antisemitism.
“I was supremely impressed with Blake Ezra’s professionalism and the quality of his photographs. Blake came to parliament to photograph a high-profile event we were running with the Speaker of the House of Commons. We needed both informal and formal shots, all during a very fast-paced event. Blake got there in good time, was well briefed and really got the best out of his subjects without disturbing the event. The pictures are of an outstandingly high quality and were easy to download from his server. Feedback from Parliamentarians included words and phrases like: “Very Professional”, “Great” and “Superb”. I couldnt have been happier with how it went and would thoroughly recommend Blake to anyone looking for excellent quality photography. I certainly wont hesitate to commission his services again.”
