On Sunday our team were privileged to photograph the beautiful wedding of Hannah and Elliott at luxury country house, Great Fosters in Surrey. Aaron, Amanda and Blake were on hand to cover a magnificent day, with a wonderfully personal inter-faith wedding ceremony followed by one hell of a party. We hope that the couple chose this amazing location for its charm and wonder, and despite Elliott being Australian, not because it shares a name with one of Australia’s finest exports.

Having photographed a very special occasion for Hannah’s family not so long ago (her brother Josh’s wedding to Amy), and then having spent a bit of time with Hannah and Elliott for their Engagement Shoot in London, we knew this would be a truly incredible day. It surpassed expectations.

The ceremony was led by two people, Rabbi Paul Glantz and Reverend Ruth Scott, of BBC Radio 2 fame. Between them, were beautiful readings, the Seven Blessings, heartfelt and personal words, the lighting of a unity candle, and of course the smashing of the glass.

This was the day upon which Hannah and Elliott were married, Australia and the UK came together, Wayne Hart and his band provided the soul… and selfie sticks were a major player! When Hannah and Elliott’s friend Steven Serlin sung their first dance, there was barely a dry eye in the house. It was our pleasure to again work alongside Charlotte Armitage on the video cameras, as well as working with super-organised and perennially friendly Toastmaster Jonathan Waterman for the very first time. Ozzie fun, British charm, Jewish traditions – what a combination. Oi Vey. Strewth.

Hannah and Elliott are both an absolute pleasure to be around, and they make for a very gorgeous couple. Congratulations, Mazal Tov, G’Day and L’Chaim again to both families, here are a few of our favourite shots…
