Last week our team of Amanda and Blake were privileged to photograph a beautiful fundraising dinner in aid of Side by Side, an inspirational Special Needs school in north London. The men-only event was hosted at Lord’s, the historic Home of Cricket in St. John’s Wood, and indeed guests were treated to a guided tour around the ground.

It was wonderful to see so many of our friends and clients supporting such a deserving cause, a school which truly enables Special Needs children to make progress and live fulfilling lives within their community. Guests were shown a brief video about the work Side by Side carries out every day, and we must admit even as professionals who work in many challenging situations, it was difficult to hold back the tears at certain moments. We would love to visit Side by Side in the near future. The evening was wonderfully co-ordinated by Jam Events, with whom we are privileged to work on a regular basis.

Whilst there were three exceptionally talented close-up magicians entertaining guests all evening, the post-dinner magic came from Nick Einhorn, a Gold Star Member of the Inner Magic Circle who has performed for Royalty and who’s been described as “remarkable” by Jonathan Ross. He provided some truly jaw dropping moments.
