Yesterday our team of Amanda, Blake, and James were honoured to be at JW3 on London’s Finchley Road for the Annual Gala Dinner. Invited guests included some of the most revered philanthropists in the UK, people for whom bettering the lives of others and contributing positively to society is a life’s mission.
JW3 is the first Jewish Community Centre and arts venue of its kind to exist in London. The brainchild of Dame Vivien Duffield and created by a core capital grant from the Clore Duffield Foundation, the centre opened on the Finchley Road in October 2013, two and a half years ago.
Having been the exclusive and official photographers of JW3 since the opening, we are still amazed by the variety of events held in this inspirational space. It was fantastic to see so many of our images from the last couple of years printed and displayed on easels, as well as on the large screens throughout the venue.
The wonderful dinner yesterday, held in the Howard Hall and made to look utterly spectacular by Muzika Event Production, featured a performance by 11-year-old music protege Alma Deutscher, who performed on the piano and the violin, as well as singing magnificently. Guests were treated to fine food by Zest throughout the evening, and a great time was had by all. It was lovely for us to see so many friends and clients there, from right across the Jewish community.
