Cuisine and Inspiration: Michel Roux Jr at LangdonBy
We were honoured to photograph the Langdon Annual Dinner for the third year running. Held at one of the most iconic venues on earth, Wembley Stadium, our team of Amanda, James, and Leela were on hand to capture a truly memorable evening, for such a deserving cause. It was lovely to see so many of our friends in the room, supporting one of our longest-standing clients.
We’ve seen first-hand the amazing things that Langdon does, and are proud of our ongoing association with such an uplifting and empowering organisation. Perhaps they put it better than we ever could: “There are countless activities in everyday life that, to someone with learning disabilities, are a mountain to climb. Langdon people climb those mountains. Langdon offers education, employment opportunities, social activities and supported living for Jewish youth and adults with learning disabilities.”
Guest speaker for the evening was none other than Michel Roux Jr, someone who we admire for his exquisite contributions to culinary excellence almost as much as we admire him for being such a thoroughly warm, giving and kind man. Not only does he regularly run marathons for a range of charities, but his recent television programme, Kitchen Impossible, where he coached eight people with disabilities to work in a top-class restaurant, was one of the most inspiring and insightful programmes of recent times. His compassion as a person truly matches his excellence as a chef.
If you would like our team to photograph your event, please get in touch. Here are some of our favourite images of a wonderful evening…
