Inspiration and Community: The Chief Rabbi’s Conference 2016
ByYesterday afternoon, Blake was truly privileged to spend some time at the Chief Rabbi’s Annual Conference at Finchley United Synagogue in London, photographing this inspirational event for the second year running. Community Rabbis from all over the UK came together to share ideas, discuss their communities, and receive inspiration in the lead up to the holiest time in the Jewish calendar.
In attendance were many of our friends and clients, enigmatic Rabbis with whom we are privileged to work on a regular basis. Keynote speaker for this day of the conference was Rabbi Yissocher Frand, who had flown in from America to address this special audience. According to Aish.com, very “few surpass his blend of Torah scholarship, humor, eloquence, passion and sensitivity.” Chief Rabbi Mirvis then wrapped up the conference by bestowing blessings upon his vast team of UK community Rabbis, who left energised and inspired.
