It was the name that sparked our curiosity, it’s not too often a brand new fitness facility opens up in Radlett, but with a name as intriguing as The Gym and Tonic Club, we had to introduce ourselves. After a lovely chat with Jessie and Yemi, two of the three founders along with amazing Personal Trainer Oli Rogers, we were booked in to spend a couple of days at this awesome destination to create an entire library of new images showcasing what they do.
This is a concept we’d not seen before, which bridges the gap between one-on-one personal training, and classes where one instructor leads a group of 20 people. These are small sessions, with 10-12 people in each session and 3 or 4 trainers, so everyone gets real attention at every circuit.
Here is a spread from Radlett Life Magazine, featuring our new images…
One of our sessions was with celebrity chef and national treasure Gino D’Acampo – this was a laugh a minute as Gino warmly greeted gym-goers, posed for photos and brought a huge dose of hilarity to proceedings.
