Francesca and Ziek were married at Stock Brook Manor in sunny Essex, and the joy radiated by this special couple was something to behold. Our team of Amanda, Blake and Tegan were on hand to capture every moment of this day – which was relaxed in essence but electric in energy.

It’s an honour when any clients trust our team to photograph their wedding day, and we never take this for granted. However, in this instance we felt particularly honoured as both Francesca and Ziek are involved in the world of weddings – working with various photographers every week. Francesca is the powerhouse behind XS Showband, who we have been lucky to see at many beautiful weddings, whilst Ziek is the brains and culinary inspiration behind Shuka Catering, whose high-end modern Middle Eastern food we absolutely adore.

A massive lineup from XS Showband were on stage for Francesca and Ziek, with a repertoire so entertaining we couldn’t believe our ears. Moments before the Chuppah, various members of the band sprung up from within the unsuspecting guests, with an amazing ‘flashmob’ style performance. From this moment, as if there was any doubt, guests knew they were in for a musical treat.

Francesca and Ziek are a fun-loving and beautifully warm duo, who were both determined to enjoy their wedding day. When a Bride and Groom let go and go wild, it’s a dream for photographers! We haven’t ‘Photoshopped’ anything, they were actually smiling that much through the day. This was a wedding of bright sunshine, great music, unhinged speeches, family love and crazy dance moves.

Running the day was the legendary Howard Robbins, a man whose presence is almost obligatory at every Essex Jewish wedding. Howard has been a Toastmaster for forty years and still absolutely loves his job, taking pride in every detail of event he attends. Beautiful flowers, including a gorgeous Chuppah which looked incredible in the Essex sunshine, were arranged courtesy of Alexandra’s Florists. Some people are foodies, Ziek is a ‘super-foodie’. To avoid the temptation of physically cooking for his guests, Francesca and Ziek brought in the consummate team from Celia Clyne Banqueting, who ensured that all guests ate fine food throughout the day. Behind the video cameras were the super-cool talents of Dennis and Max from luxury wedding videographers Deneemotion.
