In The City: Leonie and Daniel’s London Wedding
ByLeonie and Daniel were married at historic Bevis Marks Synagogue in the City of London, and celebrated with their family and friends at another magnificent space nearby, Plaisterer’s Hall. This wonderful couple chose two quite spectacular spaces in which to host their big day, and our team of Amanda, Blake and Kris were delighted to be on hand to capture every moment.
With Blake knowing Leonie since she was in her early teens, we had been looking forward to this for a long time and it was a beautiful occasion with so many good friends and clients in attendance – everywhere we looked was a familiar face. Our day begun at Leonie’s family home, where the brilliant Philippa Louise applied Leonie’s make up surrounded by siblings, Bridesmaids and family. Quiet it was not!
A heartfelt and emotional ceremony was held at Bevis Marks, the oldest synagogue in the UK and a place we are very fortunate to frequent. At Plaisterer’s Hall, guests were treated to an evening of top-class entertainment in grand surroundings by the XS Showband, and the dance-floor was packed until the lights came on at the end of the evening.
This was a day of enjoyment, with moments of contemplation. It was a day of tradition and ceremony, of laughter and dance-moves. Mazal Tov again to Leonie and Daniel, and their wonderful families too. We wish you a lifetime of happiness and thank you so much for inviting us to be a part of your wedding.
