Circle of Light: Chai Celebrates 25 Years
ByLast night our team were privileged to photograph a truly landmark event, as Chai Cancer Care celebrated their 25th Anniversary with a spectacular Annual Dinner at iconic venue the Roundhouse in Camden. On the ground were Amanda, Blake, Josh, Leela and Zach – making sure every angle of this incredible evening was covered.
Chai Cancer Care continues to be such a truly special and unique organisation, under the inspirational leadership of Lisa Steele and Louise Hager. We know from having worked with them for a few years that these ladies care about every single person who comes into contact with Chai, and their attention to detail – from the diverse services Chai provide to the fresh flowers in the reception of their flagship building in north London – is simply so impressive.
It was lovely for us to see so many of our friends and clients supporting such a worthwhile cause, including Rabbi Joseph Dweck who lit the Chanukah candles on stage. Guests were treated to wonderful food and beverages courtesy of the one and only Tony Page. Entertainment was provided by the charismatic and talented Jack Pack, singing some classic numbers and accompanied by our good friends from Muzika. It was also, as ever, a pleasure to work with the entire team from Creative and Commercial on this amazing event.
Chai receive no statutory government funding, and relies on donations to continue providing such a magnificent service to so many people who need it. We are thrilled to report that the Circle of Light Dinner raised £1.2 million towards these vital services. We urge any readers of our blog to find out more about the unique work that Chai Cancer Care carries out every single day.
