Gemma and Lee: Party in the Holy Land

By

After a series of amazing events leading up to this special day (including a Family Engagement Dinner, a Friends Engagement Drinks, the Civil Wedding in Chelsea and the Friday Night Dinner, to name but a few) the excitement was at fever pitch for Gemma and Lee’s beautiful wedding in Israel.

Gemma and Lee are a very special couple, both with the ability to make those around them feel amazing about themselves, both adored by their large groups of friends, and both look so gorgeous in real life, you’d assume they’d been ‘photoshopped’. Their parents had been friends for over 30 years, and the love between everyone was palpable – especially under the Chuppah, where a beautiful ceremony was officiated by Rabbi Gideon Sylvester. On the day, Gemma looks incredible in an Inbal Dror dress, whilst Lee wore a bespoke suit from London tailoring house Taliare.

Whilst preparations took place at The Royal Beach in super-cool Tel Aviv, the scene was set at the truly stunning Al Hayam in Caesaria for an epic celebration. This was an emotional and energetic celebration, where the ‘Land of Milk and Honey’, became the Land of Tears and Tequila. So. Much. Tequila. The entire wedding was planned from the outset by the professional team at BE Group TLV, and it truly was such a stunning day.

Guests were entertained all night by the brilliant Caliente, apart from the First Dance – such a special moment when Lee’s sister, the supremely talented Yamit Mamo, sang ‘At Last’ by Etta James. Our team were capturing moments from the early morning all the way through until the last coach left the venue at 03:00 – not an easy feat in such scorching Middle Eastern weather, but they loved every minute.

We wish Gemma and Lee, and their families, a huge Mazal Tov. Here’s to many more happy occasions in the coming years. Now we are delighted to show some of our favourite images from an amazing day…
