Winter in Mayfair: Olivia and Robbie’s Claridge’s Wedding
ByOn Sunday our team of Amanda and Blake were honoured to photograph a beautiful day, as Olivia and Robbie were married at Western Marble Arch Synagogue, and celebrated with an amazing evening at Claridge’s. This felt like a family occasion for us, having many long-standing connections with both families.
Our day started at Claridge’s, quite simply one of the most stylish venues in the world and somewhere we are privileged to visit regularly. There, we documented some of the preparations before the wedding itself, and created some portraits of our dapper Groom and beautiful Bride – in a stunning Halfpenny London wedding gown.
A short drive across town is Western Marble Arch Synagogue, where an intimate service under a stunning Chuppah was conducted so personally by Rabbi Lionel Rosenfeld and Rabbi Dr. Naftali Brawer.
Back at Claridge’s, as guests entered the Ballroom, they were transported into an elegant woodland, courtesy of Melissa Riva Flowers and stunning event production by our friends at Ruby J Events. On every place setting was an uber-stylish and limited edition O.W. London espresso cup for each guest – when the Bride is the founder of a luxury homeware brand, a gift for every guest is such a great touch! On stage already were Sensation Band, a vantage point from which they entertained Olivia and Robbie’s friends and family for the rest of the evening.
Keeping the evening running to plan, with so much charm and grace, was society Toastmaster David Collins, with whom it’s always a pleasure to work. It was also great to work alongside Atmotion Productions on the videography. Thanks go to Sophie at Claridge’s for being so helpful to work with on the day, and indeed in the build up – making sure our team were always looked after.
Olivia and Robbie are amazing together, and so clearly in love, we wish them such a big Mazal Tov and a lifetime of happiness. Here is a very small taster of what’s to come, just a few preview images from a wonderful day…
